AVID Program

What is AVID?

AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination. It is a program designed to close the achievement gap by preparing students for college readiness and academic success. The goal of AVID is to target students in the academic middle who will benefit from AVID instructional techniques and strategies.

Purpose of AVID
